daily problem on Virginia avenue kers parked and no parking zone where it says no parking between signs on a dangerous curve. over the last 40 years I have seen half a dozen accidents there because of the poor visibility on the curve. but apparently the police ignore it or don't even come down and drive through the neighborhood. I've called non-emergency police number a dozen times about this. where are our police
