Monday Night; 9 pm - Once again, large dog 'Kona' is roaming off leash. Dog Owner watched as their unleashed dog ran into the road after another neighbor whom was walking their dog on leash, across the street. The unleashed dog remained in road for some time. Owner was confrontational when asked to please come leash their dog / remove dog from the middle of road. Can someone PLEASE finally address this issue. Many appear to have complained...
