    Every day there is a large group of men hanging on the corner of Catherine Street and Grand Street. They are littering, loitering, drinking, gambling, smoking, urinating, and disrupting our quiet block while loitering. They're doing this on the property/steps of ZION LUTHERAN CHURCH! As well as, the school building and the store across the street. Bridgeport 311 previously said there was a cease & desist order for La Grand Market. The city placed 'no loitering; signs, which they are vandalizing. The Church has 'no trespassing' signs all over the place. Why are the police just ignoring them?

    Monday Night; 9 pm - Once again, large dog 'Kona' is roaming off leash. Dog Owner watched as their unleashed dog ran into the road after another neighbor whom was walking their dog on leash, across the street. The unleashed dog remained in road for some time. Owner was confrontational when asked to please come leash their dog / remove dog from the middle of road. Can someone PLEASE finally address this issue. Many appear to have complained...

    This is my view from 6:10am this morning after we had just turned left off of Madison Avenue onto Fairview Avenue. The RESIDENTIAL street is supposed to allow two cars to pass, but with FOUR commercial vehicles illegally parked there, it is funneled down to one lane. On the left side, there are three commercial vehicles. The one with the black cab is actually a huge flatbed that can carry three cars behind it! It is parked in front of a truck marked El coyote, which is a commercial vehicle. We have reported this over and over for at least three years, but it still continues. Enough!
